Scope of Services. Through this Site, FastStop Wireless markets and arranges Buy & Sell Phones, Cellphone Accessories, Cellphone Activation, Cellphone Repairs. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
End of Use. FastStop Wireless may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. FastStop Wireless makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Cap on Damages. Liability of FastStop Wireless arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify FastStop Wireless from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Law and Venue. LA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in LA.
Updates. FastStop Wireless reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
